You will be responsible for the creation of high performing written content about automotive parts and accessories that meets our guidelines for SEO performance. As a copywriting professional with a track record of success, you will actively contribute to our agency’s efforts to enhance discovery of our clients’ webstores within organic search results.

Responsibilities

● Own and drive the SEO strategy, aligning efforts with business objectives and content initiatives.

● Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and content audits.

● Oversee SEO performance monitoring using tools like Google Search Console/SEMrush.

● Collaborate with copywriters (who leverage AI tools) to esure content meets SEO best practices.

● Optimize key content types such as landing pages and product descriptions.

Qualifications

● Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an SEO professional.

● An SEO Specialist with the ability to create content with a strong attention to detail

● Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console (experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SurferSEO a plus)

● Can manage a monthly-rotating book of 40 - 60 accounts with active content production

● Write new content based on market trends and research within automotive eCommerce

● Able to consistently meet or exceed deadlines

● Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and Jira for the purpose of managing and tracking content

● Comfortable with basic HTML/in-line styling on customer-facing content

● Can demonstrate understanding of nuance in transactional, informational, commercial, and navigational content
