Sales Operations Head

Job Summary:

Leads retail sales operations, focusing on driving revenue, expanding client base, and enhancing team performance.

Responsibilities:

 Drive sales by owning the full retail sales process and meeting targets.

 Plan and execute strategies to expand the customer base and increase sales.

 Build long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.

 Present product value propositions effectively to customers.

 Stay informed on retail trends and market dynamics to make data-driven decisions.

 Provide reports on sales performance and suggest improvements.

 Promote products through strong customer relationships and service.  Lead and motivate the sales team to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications:

 10 years of retail sales experience.

 Proficient with CRM tools, sales automation, and analytics.

 Strong knowledge of retail marketing and sales techniques.

 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

 Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
