• Work with Reliability Planner for system time requirements and schedules to complete the electrical testing.
• Perform machine setup, analyze, debugs, and solve test related problems during Reliability test.
• Electrical testing of Reliability qualification and monitoring lot/s during pre-stress (time zero), after every read point, and completion of reliability stress test.
• Submission of reliability qualification and monitor samples and accomplished log sheets to AMPI Reliability team.
• Generation and submission of pre-stress (time zero) and post reliability stress electrical test data and drift report for approval.
• Perform other product and machine sustaining tasks assigned by immediate superior.
• Performs task in support to identified Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to meet departmental goals.
• Engages in new trainings to enhance capability in and out of the job function, applies new learning to support the team.
  
  
  

• Graduate of ECE/ EE/ CoE or Technology Course
• 1-2 years in same/ related position, with hands-on experience in operating automated test equipment
• Strong technical ability in analog and digital circuit’s analysis
• Proficiency in computer and office software
• Familiar with statistical tools
