• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like business administration, engineering, or quality management 
• Experience working in a quality management system environment 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy 
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams 
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple documents and deadlines 
• Understanding of Quality Management System principles and best practices 
• Familiarity with ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001 
• Knowledge of document control processes and procedures 
• Proficiency in document management software
