Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
- Open for undergraduate
- At least 1 year of work experience as Quality Analyst in a call center setting.
- Experience working as Customer Service Representative in BPO industry
- Willing to work fully on site
- Amenable to work at shifting schedule
Job Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, messages and email
- Monitoring, evaluating, and improving service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
- Managing and resolving escalations by coordinating with teams and implement quality control processes, perform quality assessments.
- Collaborate with team leaders, managers, and trainers to implement quality improvement initiatives.
