Descrição:
- Orders kitchen equipments and managing vendors for new stores.
- Purchases necessary items for technical operations and managing purchase orders.
- Manages/ arranges permits required for technical operation and deliveries.
- Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms.
- Scouting for prospective space for lease.
- Review and analyze the lease proposals.
- Negotiate the offered rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands.
- Achieve lessee satisfaction within the limits and conditions provided by the mall management and other related requirements and policies.
- Monitors and arranges Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non Renewal.
- Arranges and files Lease of Contracts.
Requisito
- Preferably a Bachelor's Degree holder.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Can do multitask.
