2. Utilize existing resources to reach out to key decision-makers of projects in bulk, accurately convey the platform's value, and encourage them to publish tasks on TaskOn and engage in user growth collaborations;

3. Develop tailored platform deployment plans for partner projects, including task design, incentive structures, AMA events, co-promotions, etc., and follow through the entire process of execution and conversion;

4. Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to gather feedback on project needs, driving platform function optimization and service standardization;

5. Establish and maintain a project collaboration database to create a high-quality ecosystem of project partners and build long-term relationships with core collaborators.
