Descrição:

  • Assist in marketing campaigns (social media, email, promotions).
  • Manage and update social media accounts.
  • Create and organize marketing materials.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
  • Maintain customer records and booking details.
  • Assist in event planning and travel promotions.
  • Prepare reports and basic administrative tasks.

Requisito

  • 1-3 years of experience (preferably in a travel agency).
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop is a plus).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Passion for travel and customer engagement.
