JOB DESCRIPTION (Group IT- Business Process Analyst / Systems Analyst)

• The Group IT Business Process Analyst / Systems Analyst shall analyze business processes and workflows

with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated in the development of a group

wide IT Digital Projects / Solutions.

• The Group IT Business Process Analyst / Systems Analyst will facilitate and lead process workshops that

involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users

• Manage process change and educate business users and medical teams responsible for managing and

operating business processes

• Closely work, collaborate, and meet with hospitals’ key stakeholders, during evaluation, design, planning

and implementation of the IT Applications of the hospitals: 

• TeleMedicine / TeleHealth Applications

• Mobile Applications

• Web Sites and other Web- based Applications

• Cloud-based Applications 

• Hospital Information Systems (HIS)

• Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

• Integration Requirements with other Hospital Systems

• Data Warehouse and Reporting Tools

• The Group IT Business Process Analyst / Systems Analyst shall observe processes in action, monitor,

measure and provide feedback on process performance

• Capable of both strategic and operational thinking as well as the attention to detail to focus on the big

picture (such as corporate vision and business strategy)

• The Group IT Business Process Analyst / Systems Analyst applies their knowledge of business process

modelling notations (BPMN, EPC, BPEL) to documenting processes

• The Group IT Business Process Analyst / Systems Analyst has clear understanding of how ERP, BPM, CRM,

and BI tools operate

• The Group IT Business Process Analyst / Systems Analyst understands protocols like SOAP, WSDL, XML

and other key protocols which are necessary for application integrations via Integration Engines and

Middleware

• Closely work with hospital teams and the subject matter experts to find the best way to design new

processes and solve process-related problems

• The Group IT Business Process Analyst / Systems Analyst shall interpret business requirements for the

development of Group IT projects

• The Group IT Business Process Analyst / Systems Analyst will document any information elicited using

process maps and business requirements documents via business process modelling notations (BPMN,

EPC, BPEL)

• The Group IT Business Process Analyst / Systems Analyst shall have the necessary “soft skills” in order to

navigate through the enterprise, knowing who to engage, when and how

• Perform other duties and tasks and handle other projects assigned by the Group IT Digital Apps Lead

• Assist in the assessment (as needed) for on-boarding new Hospitals.

INCUMBENT SPECIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Training and Certification: Advanced Leadership Training / PMP or CSM Certification

Experience: Project Management and/or IT-related certification. Managerial experience is a plus

Language /Technology Requirements: Familiarity with Agile, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise applications (like SAP, Oracle, SAS) & infrastructure modernization initiatives.
