  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. 
  • Interpersonal skills: The ability to build rapport, negotiate, and handle difficult situations is essential. 
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: Recruiters need to analyze job requirements, evaluate candidates, and resolve issues effectively. 
  • Time management and organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and stay organized is vital. 

Requisito

  • Graduate of any 4-year business-related course
  • Able to drive a motorcycle
  • Experience as an HR Staff is a plus but not necessary
  • Willing to do FIELD WORK
  • With at least 5 years driving experience (motorcycle)
  • Lic. 1,2 (pro)
