- Çalışan kayıtlarını İK Bilgi Sistemi (HRIS) içinde yönetmek ve sürdürmek, doğruluğu ve uyumu sağlamak.
- Çalışan ayrılışlarını işleme koymak, bu süreçte çıkış belgeleri, çıkış görüşmeleri ve son belgelerin hazırlanmasını içermek.
- Ayrılış gereksinimlerini tamamlamak için çeşitli departmanlarla koordine olmak.
- HRIS raporları oluşturmak ve İK ile ilgili kararlar için veri desteği sağlamak.
- Çalışan ayrılışları sırasında sorunsuz geçişlerin sağlanmasında İK ekibine destek vermek.
