Descrição:
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across divisions
- Conduct strategic evaluations: acquisitions, capital structure, industry benchmarks
- Partner with leadership to drive performance and cost-efficiency
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, FASB, and audit readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams and implement new financial tools/reporting systems
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or MBA preferred
- 7+ years of financial management experience
- Strong background in SAP/Oracle, HRIS, GAAP, and valuation modeling (NPV, IRR, DCF)
