We are seeking a highly analytical Commercial Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. You'll be a key business partner, providing financial insights to support strategic decisions within Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing. The ideal candidate has strong financial and analytical skills and can clearly communicate complex financial information. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with commercial teams, providing financial support and insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for commercial areas; analyze variances.
• Analyze revenue trends, pricing, promotions, and channel performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Assist in evaluating and optimizing trade promotions and marketing investments.
• Support pricing strategy development through data analysis.
• Analyze product and customer profitability to improve margins.
• Develop and maintain financial models for business cases and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards with key performance indicators.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide clear business insights.
• Drive continuous improvement in commercial finance processes.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and projects.
• Ensure adherence to financial controls and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Finance analysis experience, preferably in commercial finance
• Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis.
• Proven ability to analyze revenue, trade spend, and profitability.
• Proficiency in financial modeling (advanced Excel preferred).
• Experience with financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen.
