Overview


We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and take charge of execution, implementation, and results monitoring across several key digital channels. If you’re a creative, data-driven marketer who thrives on driving results through effective content and targeted campaigns, we’d love to meet you.


As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the performance of our digital marketing efforts. This includes copywriting and managing key channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp email campaigns, and website SEO. You will be responsible for analyzing performance data, optimizing campaigns, and executing strategies to achieve business growth. Your ability to balance creative ideation with data-driven decisions will be essential in maximizing the impact of our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities


Content Creation

  • Write engaging and informative content for our blog, ad copy, landing pages, and other digital assets to drive engagement and conversions.


SEO Management

  • Oversee the SEO strategy for our website, conducting keyword research, on-page optimization, and working with our content team to ensure that SEO best practices are followed.

Google Ads Management

  • Develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and lead generation. Monitor performance and make data-driven adjustments.


Meta Ads Management

  • Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to guide content and campaign strategies.


Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Regularly analyze the performance of all campaigns and channels, providing insights and recommendations for optimization based on key metrics.


Performance Optimization

  • Continuously optimize digital channels for better performance, A/B testing creatives, messaging, and landing pages to maximize engagement and conversion rates.


Cross Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment across campaigns and channels. Provide input on content strategy and digital campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years of relevant marketing experience, with a strong focus on content writing, SEO, and paid digital advertising.
  • Prior experience in B2B marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, MailChimp, SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X).
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-converting ad copy and content for digital channels.
  • In-depth understanding of SEO principles and best practices for on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).


Preferred but Not Required:

  • Prior experience in Financial Services or related sectors.
  • Competency in graphic design or photo and video content creation.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles for improving website engagement and conversions
