- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Respond to customer requests via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Promote company products and services to customers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to handle difficult customers with patience.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor and a customer-focused mindset.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may require shift work.
