Your Role:

As a key point of contact, you will engage with clients, sales representatives, and their customers via phone, email, and our internal ticketing system to gather essential business information. Through phone interviews and email exchanges, you'll gain a deep understanding of customers' businesses, help shape content ideas, and compile detailed information packages that our creative teams can use to craft compelling online and offline content.


What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the primary contact for multiple clients and their customers via phone, email, Zendesk, and internal teams to deliver high-quality creative packages within tight deadlines.
  • Handle customer calls and email inquiries to collect essential business details for website development and product creation.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining customer-specific documentation based on project requirements.
  • Accurately document call details and follow company guidelines for tracking requests and amendments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary assets (logos, images, digital materials) for website completion.
  • Research to capture and verify customer information effectively.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Support teammates by addressing product-related questions and ensuring smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of solid call center agent experience
  • Excellent customer service and support skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication with strong grammar skills
  • Highly motivated and energetic
  • Amenable to working the night shift
  • Open to a hybrid work arrangement (site location: Quezon City)
