• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer concerns
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude during interactions
• Record and track customer interactions following company standards
• Meet performance metrics while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and service quality

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or higher
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
• Willing to work onsite at Cebu I.T. Park
• No prior BPO experience required – training will be provided
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required
