Responsibilities:

  • Involves spearheading growth, overseeing operations, and fostering relationships within the local cryptocurrency market.
  • Develop and execute the strategic business plan for either the South East Asia region or the Russia region, focusing on market expansion, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of operations, including customer support, marketing campaigns, and partnership development.
  • Drive brand awareness and engagement through targeted marketing initiatives, social media channels, and community events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and industry partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and compliance, to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the local team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in marketing and/or business development.
  • Prior experience as a crypto country manager or in the cryptocurrency industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the Georgian market, consumer behavior, and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
  • Fluent in both local language and English languages, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
