Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels.
  • Assist with client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Engage in sales pitching techniques to promote products and services to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on queries as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years (Fresh Graduate)
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in sales pitching and closure techniques
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Qualities and Traits: Ability to work collaboratively within a team
