- Receive incoming calls from customers and provide excellent service
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and scheduling
- Document and track customer interactions in the system
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Follow up on customer queries in a timely manner
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and organizational skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in customer service and problem-solving techniques
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, both written and verbal
