Healthcare

The Healthcare line of business focuses on the following key responsibilities:

· Process claims accurately and efficiently within turnaround time (TAT) guidelines.

· Support members and providers with benefit, eligibility, and authorization inquiries.

· Ensure HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality in all transactions.

· Collaborate with internal teams to improve process efficiency and service quality.

· Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance operational outcomes.
