About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant (Records Scanning) to join our team at Business Trends Philippines' in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's records and document management systems.

What you'll be doing

Scanning, indexing and digitizing physical records and documents to ensure efficient electronic storage and retrieval

Organising and maintaining the company's electronic filing system to keep documents easily accessible

Providing administrative support, such as data entry, file management and responding to inquiries

Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistency and accuracy of records

Assisting with special projects and tasks as needed

What we're looking for

Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail

Proficiency in using scanning equipment and document management software

Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A passion for maintaining accurate and well-organized records

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferably a fresh graduate or someone with 1-2 years of relevant experience
