Descrição:

  • Manage data entry record all incoming and outgoing documents
  • Filing and organizing tax documents, ensuring all records are properly stored and accessible for audits or internal reviews.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, crucial for managing documents and ensuring accuracy.
  • Ensuring all tax-related paperwork is up to date, facilitating compliance with tax laws and regulations, and supporting smooth audit processes.
  • Document daily administrative tasks; maintain the record and files (whether it be a hard copy or electronic copy)
  • Review the accuracy of all supporting documents before they are forwarded to the concerned team 
  • Control the end-to-end process of invoice related activities
  • Monitor and archive documents related to invoices
  • Update the inventory of available supplies and materials; create requests of needed supplies
  • Perform skilled and responsible administrative and clerical work

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s Degree Graduate (Accounting, Finance, or related field)
  • At least one-year work experience is preferred
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly in Microsoft Excel functions
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Strategic and clear leadership skills
  • Able to meet multiple deadlines
  • Have skills in solving problems
