Position: Record to Report Assistant Manager ( up to Php 60,000)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or other Business related course.
• With at least 3 years experience in end to end process of accounting, finance and Financial Services.
• With at least 2 years Leadership experience.
• Experience in Accounting System is an advantage.
• Amenable to start as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team responsible for the Record to Report (R2R) process by allocating tasks, offering coaching, and cultivating a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Ensure the monthly financial close is completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Oversee the reconciliation of key accounts, including bank and fixed asset accounts, ensuring accuracy and promptly addressing any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and FP&A to ensure smooth end-to-end financial processes.
• Provide proactive support for internal and external audits, as well as tax-related reviews and compliance activities.
