Descrição:
- Knowledgeable in taxation, BIR process and compliance.
- Manage and Perform Accounting operations, which include financial accounting, accounts payable, BIR Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Report (Tax Reporting), and BIR 2316 creation and execution.
- Preparation of periodic financial statements and corporate annual report.
- Ensures that financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
- Assist external Accountant and provides required statements and information for the monthly, quarterly and annual accounting report.
- Reviews budget reports and assists other departments to prepare annual budgets.
- Coordinates the preparation of the corporate tax return.
- Compiles with government requirements.
- Identifies and recommends updates to accounting processes and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requisito
- Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
- Proven working experience as an Accounting Specialist.
- Knowledgeable in bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations.
- Team Player and can work with minimum supervision
- Keen to details
- Minimum of two years experience in accounting/finance
- Preferably with Quick books/ECount knowledge/experience and other accounting software
- Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
- Can start ASAP.
