We’re growing fast and are now looking for a Customer Service Executive who shares our passion for professionalism, reliability, and client satisfaction. 


 Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and courteous manner 
  • Assist clients with service-related inquiries, such as UK company setup, virtual office packages, or document-related concerns 
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system 
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently 
  • Provide accurate information about BusinAssist services, pricing and policies 
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing helpful and friendly support 
  • Follow up on customer feedback and contribute to service improvements 
  • Support onboarding of new clients by guiding them through our offerings and setup process 

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support or a client-facing role (1+ year preferred) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 
  • Comfortable using email, chat tools, and CRM systems 
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities 
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 
  • A customer-first attitude with a genuine desire to help others 
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred
