We’re growing fast and are now looking for a Customer Service Executive who shares our passion for professionalism, reliability, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and courteous manner
- Assist clients with service-related inquiries, such as UK company setup, virtual office packages, or document-related concerns
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Provide accurate information about BusinAssist services, pricing and policies
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing helpful and friendly support
- Follow up on customer feedback and contribute to service improvements
- Support onboarding of new clients by guiding them through our offerings and setup process
Requirements
- Experience in customer support or a client-facing role (1+ year preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable using email, chat tools, and CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- A customer-first attitude with a genuine desire to help others
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred
