Description
- Generate engaging and fresh content for social media platforms.
- Create, edit, publish, and share compelling content daily (such as original text, photos, videos, and news).
- Initiate, manage, and host community events (Q&A sessions, polls, live streams, giveaways, etc.).
- Interact with social media followers, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and monitor customer comments.
- Actively follow Facebook, Instagram, and cryptocurrency Twitter. Identify topics and threads to engage with.
- Stay informed about and share local trends, community insights, and news knowledge.
- Monitor key performance indicators, traffic metrics, as well as community growth and engagement.
- Handle marketing communication tasks.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in overseas community and social media operations, fluent in both Chinese and English, with a proactive work attitude.
- A deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, including key players, trends, technologies, and regulatory environments.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, while also being a professional problem solver.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across multiple departments and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptable to the rapidly evolving industry, with an awareness of new trends and developments that may impact the future of content creation in the crypto space.
