Description
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and team activities
- Ensure efficient inventory management and warehouse organization
- Implement safety protocols and quality control measures
- Train and mentor warehouse staff for optimal performance
- Coordinate with logistics for timely shipping and receiving
- Monitor and report on warehouse KPIs to management
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or supervisory roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, ability to handle personnel efficiently, and flexibility to adapt to changing environments.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment, may require lifting and being on feet for extended periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
