Description

  • Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude
  • Present menus, explain dishes, and answer customer inquiries
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly
  • Clear tables, reset for the next guests, and maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables and responding quickly to customer needs
  • Handle billing and payments (cash or POS systems) accurately
  • Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times
  • Support team members during peak hours or when needed
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus (training provided for beginners)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cheerful, courteous, and customer-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Physically fit to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
