Description

  • Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Take orders and ensure accurate delivery of food and beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfill customer requests.
  • Handle payments and process transactions efficiently.
  • Assist with training new staff as needed.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience Level: Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is advantageous.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, customer service skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and working evenings and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
