Description
- Develop and implement visually appealing merchandising displays.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies.
- Analyze customer behavior and trends for effective layout design.
- Maintain brand standards and ensure product presentation accuracy.
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to assess visual impact.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in visual merchandising or retail.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of merchandising, inventory management, and presentation.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent communicator, and a team player.
