Description
- Safely transport goods and materials over long distances.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Load and unload cargo as required.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No degree required, but high school diplomas or GEDs are preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of driving experience is acceptable.
- Skills and Competencies: Must possess strong driving skills and a valid driver's license.
- Working Conditions: Long hours on the road, potentially in varying weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be responsible, reliable, and have excellent attention to detail.
