Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel and Expense Accounts Payable Specialist. The role is primarily based in Makati, with some work-from-home flexibility. The specialist will manage travel and expense accounts, handle travel arrangements, support business travel management, and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks will include processing travel expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate financial records.

  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service
  • Experience in Travel Management
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
