About the role


This is a full-time role with ALORICA TELESERVICES, INC.' based in Makati City Metro Manila. You will be responsible for providing technical support to e-commerce customers, ensuring a seamless logistics experience for our clients.


What you'll be doing


  • Respond to technical inquiries and support requests from e-commerce customers regarding logistics and fulfillment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and identify process improvements
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to enhance service delivery

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Must have completed Senior High School (New Curriculum) | High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
  • BPO Experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to efficiently diagnose and resolve customer issues
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) and other relevant software
  • Adaptable to changes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
