What You Will Do
Support execution of comprehensive talent management strategies that support 1Aviation’s goals and values.
Support talent development initiatives, including mentorship programs, leadership development programs, and succession planning efforts.
Assists in the implementation of processes for setting individual and team performance goals that are aligned with organizational objectives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to talent management activities.
Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to track key talent metrics and trends.
Contribute ideas and support initiatives aimed at improving employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.
Implement strategies and tools to encourage ongoing feedback and coaching between managers and employees.
Assist in administering the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Supports implementation of processes for addressing performance issues through Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). May provide guidance and support to managers in implementing PIPs and monitoring progress.
Advocates for improvement and innovation to enhance performance management experience for employees and managers.
Work with vendor/s to ensure the delivery of high-quality training/performance solutions.
An ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in talent management, with a proven track record of performance management success.
Strong knowledge of talent management best practices and trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills
