Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide product and service information accurately.
- Resolve complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: 2 years international bpo experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong communication skills, compliance with company protocols, and eagerness to assist customers.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, maintain records, and ensure satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for remote work; may involve shift hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
