Basic Functions and Responsibilities – Work Activities
1.1 Production and Clerical Activities
Prepares replacement dosimeters (both for pick-up and courier) for used dosimeters returned for reading using ABMS as reference for job orders
Prepares the 1st set of OSL badges for new customers (both for pick-up and courier) using ABMS as reference for job orders
Creates Badge Delivery Form of the dosimeters to be sent to customers
Receives and inspects newly delivered OSL accessories such as clear case, boxes, etc. and creates a Delivery receipt.
Sorts OSLD boxes and stores it properly in the storage room
Updates and checks the Master list assigned
Verifies the shipping data for the OSL dosimeters to be shipped (name of facility, number of badges, address, contact person, etc.)
Releases OSL badges to walk-in customers and shipments to courier providers with proper documentation
Updates ABMS for released badges
Assists in folding of Terms of Use, OSLD Packaging Guide and Subscription Reference Sheet before the set deadline for dispatch
Provides status reports on availability of supplies (stickers, cases, shipping pouches, airway bill forms, etc.) needed for the production and release of OSL orders
Monitors status of shipments already consigned to the courier
1.2 Reporting Activities
Submits a report on daily accomplishment of processed badges and issues concerning dispatched badges
Inputs service reporting in SAP system
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelors of Science in Business Administration
Required language(s): English, Filipino
Required Skill(s): Technical Skills, Verbal Communication, Written Communication Skills
