We are looking for a Strategy Manager to join our team in Pasig on a full-time hybrid basis. This role is essential in shaping creative and brand strategies that drive impactful, and possibly award-winning, advertising and marketing campaigns.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing brand and communication strategies that align with client objectives and market trends.
• Translating data and insights into actionable recommendations for advertising campaigns.
• Collaborating with creatives, account managers, and media teams to ensure strategic alignment in campaign execution.
• Analyzing industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for brands.
• Leading strategic planning sessions and presenting proposals to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Measuring campaign effectiveness and optimizing strategies based on performance data.
  

• Strong background in brand strategy, advertising, or marketing.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret research and translate data into insights.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills—able to craft and communicate compelling narratives.
• Has experience in consumer insights, media planning, or digital strategy.
• Ability to work collaboratively and drive strategic discussions with internal and external teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
