Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:

  • Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance team skills.
  • Set performance goals and provide feedback to team members.

Sales & Customer Service:

  • Drive store sales by implementing promotional strategies and optimizing product placement.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by modeling best practices and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Operations:

  • Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and loss prevention.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Oversee store merchandising to maintain a visually appealing environment.

Team Collaboration:

  • Foster a collaborative team culture by encouraging communication and teamwork.
  • Resolve conflicts and address performance issues promptly and effectively.

Administrative Duties:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports regarding sales, inventory, and staffing.
  • Schedule staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage during peak times.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; College Level are welcome to apply
  • Previous retail management experience, ideally in a team leader or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office.

Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
