Description
- Assist customers in selecting sports apparel and provide product recommendations
- Perform basic selling techniques to meet sales goals
- Process sales transactions and handle cash/card payments using the cashier system
- Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays
- Monitor inventory levels and restock items as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Assist in store promotions and marketing activities
Requirements
- At least High school graduate or college level
- Experience in retail or sales is an advantage but not required
- Basic knowledge of selling techniques and cashiering
- Knowledge of sports apparel is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry light to moderate loads
