  • Job Type: Part-time (4 Hours per day)
  • Schedule: Mon – Fri 7am – 11am US EST *Subject to change
  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, aligned with the brand’s identity.
  • Edit photos and videos to maintain high visual quality and consistency.
  • Schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
  • Create engaging graphic & video content for all company social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Research and implement the latest social media trends to enhance engagement.
  • Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Assist in launching and managing promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media channels promptly.
  • Analyze data from various campaigns and create reports accordingly.
  • Collaborate with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors.
  • Develop strategies to grow the social media following of the brand.
  • ·      Collaborate with the design team on creating graphics or other visuals that can be used in posts/ads/tweets etc.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing & outreach.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, or other user-friendly design tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered graphic design tools (Midjourney, Runway, or similar).
  • Basic video editing and photo retouching skills.
  • Creative and independent mindset – ability to take ownership of tasks and execute with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills for engaging captions and content.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in this field.
  • Required basic knowledge of designing apps.
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Be able to work night shifts, i.e., 9am – 7pm US EST.
  • Submit an NBI clearance.
  • Provide a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as Driver’s License, Postal ID, UMID, Passport)
  • Work from home: The camera must be turned on for meeting. Have a quiet work environment and a professional, neutral background with decent lighting (examples will be provided)
  • Internet subscription/speed: At least 30 Mbps (DSL/Fiber only)

  • Knowledge of SEO for social media and hashtag strategy.
