We’re seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to amplify our clients’ voices through captivating video content and stunning visuals across all major platforms. If you’re passionate about creating Reels, TikToks, and graphics that inspire change, we want you on our team!


What You’ll Do:

  • Create engaging short- and long-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube clips, etc.) that drives brand awareness and audience connection.
  • Design eye-catching graphics, leveraging AI tools and Canva to produce high-quality visuals efficiently.
  • Manage and grow our clients’ presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate closely with our Creative Director to align social media strategies with client goals and Malaya’s mission.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and ensure maximum impact.


What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of social media management experience with a strong focus on video content creation.
  • Wizard-level proficiency in Canva and familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
  • A portfolio showcasing your video and graphic design work (Reels, TikToks, or similar).
  • Passion for storytelling and a knack for crafting content that resonates emotionally.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
