1. Over 1 year of experience in community or event operations, familiar with community management, user segmentation, and event planning;

2. Experience in the blockchain industry, with preference given to those with exchange operation experience;

3. Fluent in operations, with English as the working language; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus;

4. Sensitive to user data, with excellent data analysis and logical thinking skills;

5. Strong social and communication skills, capable of collaborating with partners from diverse backgrounds, and effective cross-team collaboration;

6. Sensitive to trending topics, able to engage and bond community relationships; capable of quickly establishing presence in a crowd.
