• Define and develop processes, tools, and technology to enable a fully automated test environment
• Review software requirements and develop test plans and test scripts for various testing phases
• Interface with our Product team to provide engineering insight into product roadmaps
• Work closely with the development team and other QA resources to manage quality of the deliverables

• Salary Budget: Php240,000/month gross monthly

• 10+ years of professional development with quality assurance test tools and testing frameworks such as Selenium, JMeter, etc.
• 3 - 5 years experience in Managerial role
• Extensive experience in managing test automation design and development processes
• Solid experience writing tests from software requirements
• Strong organizational skills and ability to track multiple test executions while delivering results in a timely manner
• Familiarity with Jira and Jira plugins for Test Management.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
