- Manage office communications and correspondence
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
- Prepare and organize documents and reports
- Assist in administrative tasks and project coordination
- Provide support to management and staff as needed
- Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries professionally
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in presentation, people management, written communication, employee relations, time management, and creative problem-solving.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage appointments, prepare reports, assist in communication, and support office activities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with regular hours; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
