Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and correspondence.
Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and messages.
Prepare and maintain records such as delivery receipts (DRs), invoices, job orders, and quarry permits.
Coordinate schedules and appointments for site managers, drivers, and supervisors.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate with procurement as needed.
Support logistics by tracking truck dispatch and delivery schedules.
Prepare simple reports on production output, delivery volume, and customer transactions.
Assist in payroll support by collating attendance records from field personnel.
Liaise with government agencies for permits and regulatory compliance documentation (e.g., DENR, LGU).
Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive company information responsibly.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
Minimum of 1–2 years experience in a secretarial or administrative support role (experience in construction or aggregates industry is a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of local compliance and documentations (e.g., ECC, quarry permits) is advantageous.
