  • Job Summary
  • The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving Proto’s sales by providing technical expertise, product demonstrations, and solution recommendations to prospective clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Proto’s AICX platform, as well as the ability to translate technical features into business benefits. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team to support client engagements, respond to technical inquiries, and ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical expert in Proto’s AICX solutions during client interactions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept trials tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized AI-driven solutions for prospects.
  • Address technical concerns and provide insights on system architecture and integrations.
  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in a technical sales, solutions engineering, or pre-sales role.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions, AI, NLP, and customer experience technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Working knowledge with APIs, integrations, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the Southeast Asian market and multilingual proficiency (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Tagalog) is an advantage.
