About the Role

As a Sales Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in enhancing business processes through the smart

use of ERP and MRP systems. You’ll work closely with different teams to understand their needs, identify any

challenges, and implement ERP and MRP solutions that help the business run more smoothly. This role

involves making sure the applications we use support our goals and drive efficiency. You’ll need strong

problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of how businesses operate, and experience with ERP and MRP

systems. By collaborating with planners and managers, you’ll dive into the business data, help plan

improvements, and create systems that make processes more streamlined and effective.

What you’ll be working on

● Analyze current and historical sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

● Perform statistical analyses to evaluate business performance and uncover actionable insights.

● Identify and propose data-driven solutions to enhance sales processes and maximize profitability.

● Create clear visual representations of data findings using charts, graphs, and dashboards.

● Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.

● Assist in budget creation by providing data-driven forecasts and recommendations.

● Ensure all data is accurately collected and processed with attention to detail.

● Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and measure business

performance across departments.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and enhance decision-making.

What we’re looking for

● Must have experience and fundamental skills in using SAP, ERP, MRP systems, and other financial reporting tools.

● Open to candidates with at least 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a sales or business

environment.

● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related

field.

● Detail oriented

● Strong skills in Microsoft Office (strong excel skills, PowerPoint) and Outlook.

● Ability to analyze complex business requirements, identify system gaps, and offer actionable solutions.

● Excellent communication skills to engage with managers to present data clearly.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and manage large datasets.

● Advanced understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation.

● Experience with budget creation and financial forecasting is a plus.
