  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential clients to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through various channels (calls, emails, site visits).
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and market feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
